-Mô tả công việc:
• Perform day to day operation; management and administration IT core Active Directory, database Microsoft SQL server to keep its availability, consistently and data integrity.
• Managing, monitoring, and administration VMware system, windows-based server, workstation to ensure up to date security update, critical update and hot fix recommend by application vendor.
• Managing, monitoring and applying up-to-date antivirus definition and ensure the whole environment in highest protection mode.
• Managing and monitor database performance, and perform the health check, failover functionality, backup and restore simulation/action.
• Planning, testing, performing and documenting group policies/preferences to meet the application, security requirement.
• Planning and documenting the process and procedure for contingency plan as well as disaster recovery process.
• Identify issues and risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting any problems on-site and remotely.
• Participate in security compliance efforts.
• Participate in incident handling.
• Participate in projects that develop new intellectual property.
• Develop and deliver training materials and perform general system technology training.
• Develop and interpret system policies and procedures.

- Yêu cầu chuyên môn:
• BS/MBS in Computer Science or equivalent desired.
• Emerging company-wide reputation in the field of information security
• Consistent implementation of IT solutions at the business unit level.
• At least 3 years of system and/or application managing experience.
• Strong experience and detailed technical knowledge in security engineering, system and network security, authentication and security protocols, cryptography, and application security
• Knowledge of network and web related protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP, HTTPS, routing protocols)
• Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016
• Strong experience with VMware
• Certifications in Microsoft and VMware is plus

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with service-oriented architecture
• Experience with the application of threat modeling or other risk identification techniques
• Detailed knowledge of system security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques, including penetration testing and the development of exploits
• Scripting skills (e.g., shell scripting)
• MCSE, MCDBA are preferable or equivalent experience.
• Experience in working with multi-sites Active Directory with over 500 user accounts.
• Experience in working with Symantec Endpoint Protection client/server model.
• Excellent knowledge in Windows based environment as well as its tools/services such as: WSUS, GPO, GPP …
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills and teamwork skills
• Results oriented, high energy, self-motivated
