Deliver policy set & get back signed ACK letter 3. Temporary receipts management including issue, take back, audit, ect….. 4. Printing materials management: order, deliver to agents as request, ensure enough storage 5. Follow up and push to collect renewal premium efficiently 6. Provides excellent “front-line” service over the telephone and face to face. 7.
