*Key responsibilities:
Assists to The Chief Engineer to manage and supervise the maintenance operation of exterior and interior facilities including Mechanical & Electrical equipment,
Air condition – Ventilation and Refrigeration, Plumbing, Hot water system, Structure, Ground and landscape, fountain water; swimming pool; Kitchen equipment; energy saving and other necessary maintenance work to maintain the property in an optimum and efficient condition without omitting the safety and comport of the guest and employees.
-Can communicate by English as working level.
-Decision-making skill to give the right information to his subordinates
- Strong leadership abilities so that he can assign different projects to different people
-Willing to have working knowledge with budget preparation, cost analysis and cost evaluations.
-Friendly and tactful at the same time in order to be able to work with expertise.
