    - Develop new markets & customers for Lan Rung Resort & Spa.
    - Plan sales strategies in short-term, long-term, low season and high season.
    - Inform customers our available services, programs or events.
    - Figure out market segments for appropriate plans.
    - Research and understand the main and potential competitors at hospitality market.
    - Maximize profit, guarantee the revenue as the requirement from the Board of Directors.
    - Train and appreciate salesman to update knowledge, improve specialized skills. Focus on sales force performance coaching.
    - Report to the Board of Directors weekly/monthly/quarterly working results.
