Ltd hiện cần tuyển một vị trí công việc “Material & Logistics Coordinator”, mong được hỗ trợ đăng tin tuyển dụng trên website và fanpage của quý doanh nghiệp với thông tin như sau: Job title: Material & Logistics Coordinator Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with MODEC Procurement Group and forwarders, contractors, suppliers to ensure all cargo/goods are collected/ received in a timely manner as per purchase order/services order. Control all movements of cargo/ goods, in and out of the supply base (MODEC Yard) with proper record. Ensure materials transported to offshore facilities are managed in compliance with the relevant IATA and IMDG regulations, MODEC Vietnam Rigging & Lifting Standards with a manifest and packing list. Responsibility for uploading Carrying Cargo Units (CCUs) and preparation of materials to be transported offshore. Oversee loadout and backload cargo operations. Control goods in and out and ensure goods not QA/QC compliant or partial shipments are segregated in the quarantined area. Direct Crane, Truck, Forklift and subcontractor personnel during handling of MODEC materials and equipment. Ensure lifting equipment is in certification and ready for service, the retired Lifting equipment is either quarantined and/or destroyed. Responsible for ensuring supply base equipment is maintained, safe to operate and certified where applicable. Ensure that MODEC Vietnam procedure for Colour Coding is strictly followed. Ensure that MODEC CCUs and Equipment are stowed safely on Supply Boat Decks and that Loadout and Backload checklists are completed. Carry out routine maintenance on onshore lifting gears. Maintain and update the Supply Boat Movement Lookahead. Close working with Offshore Facilities to ensure full logistical support is being given. Be available for out of hours duties as per the Duty Rota. Position will be normally based in the MODEC Warehouse, Yard and Jetty. Requirements: Educational background in warehouse and inventory control. Training in Lifting & Rigging Practices, IATA /IMDG. At least 3‐year experience in related to Oil & Gas logistics. Proficiency in Banksman Practices. Able to communicate in the English (IELTS 5.0 or equivalent). Computer literate. Clerical duties; data entry, filing. Email for CV submission: dung.mai@modec.com
